Reviews and Ratings
We had a fun week at the wigwams, perfect for families with plenty of activities to enjoy. The theme park was excellent, and the Aqua Mexicana was a highlight when the slides were open. However, we did feel a bit out of place as the only English speakers at times, and the dining options were limited when the park closed. Also, a play park near the accommodations would have been great for the kids.
We had a fun week at the wigwams with two other families, and while there were great amenities, the experience was overshadowed by a sense of being unwelcome as English guests. The theme park is excellent for all ages, but there could be improvements in service and dining hours.
We had a great time staying in the wigwams, especially since we were there with friends. There’s plenty to do, and the theme park offers fun for all ages. However, I did notice a bit of a difference in the welcome we received due to our nationality, which made us feel a little out of place. It would also be nice if there were more options for food and activities after the park closed.
We had a great time staying in the wigwams, especially enjoying the excellent theme park for the kids. Although we loved hanging out with our friends, I couldn't shake the feeling of being unwelcome as an English guest. The Aqua Mexicana was fantastic when the slides were open, but the food and drink options were limited after the theme park closed, and the shop's early closing was a bit of a hassle too.
I had a lovely stay at the wigwams with two other families. While we enjoyed a lot of the activities and the theme park was excellent for all ages, there were moments where we felt a bit unwelcome as English visitors, especially compared to my son’s German family. The dining options were decent, but they closed early when the park was shut, leaving us with limited choices. Overall, it was a fun experience with great facilities for kids but a few improvements could enhance the warmth of the welcome and the availability of services.
